ITINERARY

Day 1 - ARRIVAL PERTH
Arrive Perth for 6 nights at the Medina Grand

Day 2 - PERTH
Day at leisure

Day 3 -  Enjoy a 4x4 Adventure into the Pinnacles Desert – Full day including lunch
Depart Perth heading north past historic Guildford to Yanchep National Park. Here there is the opportunity to see koalas close up in their natural habitat. Enjoy lunch at the coastal town of Cervantes where you will also have an opportunity to walk on the beach. Continue on to Nambung National Park for a guided walk through the Pinnacles desert limestone pillars. Take a break at the cray fishing port of Lancelin on the Indian Ocean. At this time, you will depart the coach and board the Desert Storm adventure to 4WD over the sand dunes and try your hand at sand boarding down the dunes - exhilarating ! Return to Perth passing Lake Monger and Joondalup. (L)

Day 4 - PERTH
Day at leisure.

Day 5 – Rottnest Island Adventure – Full day including lunch
Transfer to Barrack Street Jetty to board your vessel for a cruise with full commentary down the Swan River to Fremantle, then across to Rottnest Island. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant overlooking spectacular Thompson Bay. Also included is a two hour coach tour of the Island. Ample time is available for swimming and exploring, before return cruise to Perth and transfer to your accommodation. (L)

Day 6 – Swan Valley Gourmet Cruise – Full day including lunch
Board the vessel at Barrack Street Jetty for a scenic cruise up the Swan River. During the cruise enjoy the Captain’s informative commentary, followed by morning tea, cheese and wine tasting from local vineyards. Disembark at the Hidden Gardens of Caversham House, complete with feature waterfall. At this riverside setting, you will be guided through wine appreciation of selected premium wines from three local wineries, complete with a gourmet cheese platter. Enjoy lunch with a glass of your favourite wine from the tasting. The tour continues with a brief visit to the Chocolate Factory in the Swan Valley, before returning to Perth by boat, or by coach. (L)
