Access & Location:
Hamilton Island is 16 kilometres south east of Shute Harbour with its own airport.
Arrive at Hamilton Island by direct commercial air service from Sydney (2.5 hours), Melbourne (3 hours), Brisbane (2 hours), Cairns (1hour) or Adelaide. Scheduled launch transfer from Shute Harbour (35 mins).
Launch transfers depart from Shute Harbour and Hamilton Island 12 times a day.
